I'm Sorry but Really, I Am Busy...

I have been back working as an animation prop designer on a regular basis now. It has left me without much time here and without much time for my own personal work. That's why I haven't been putting things up lately. I'm primarily working for Warner Bros on some Scooby Doo productions but also some other odds and ends here and there. I've put up a couple pieces but maybe down the road I can put up some more of my work I've been doing. Thanks so much for all of the :+fav:s and notes. I haven't gotten around to responding with any thank yous or comments, when normally I have a response for just about everybody. Best wishes and thanks to those of you whom I've missed in the last several months. I appreciate your support!

So incase you don't know, I love shoes. I have some Keds with my designs on them available for sale in adult and children's sizes. You can find them at my Zazzle link. [link]

By the way, check out my husband's horror art!:iconsideshowmonkey::blowkiss:

Also my husband's new DVD is now in stores. [link] It's called Tigger and Pooh and a Musical too. You can find out more about it from the link above but he's pretty proud of how it came out.

Also my little sister who is interested in photography joined deviantART so please give her a look.:iconmononuclus:

Lego Island

During our trip to San Diego, we stopped off at Legoland theme park. After visiting there, our family was fueled and fired up about recreating our whole "Lego Island" town. When we got home from our trip we tore down just about the whole town that we have been working on, improving on, rearranging, and modifying for just about 2 years now. Here it is pictured about a year ago minus about 3 square feet of the town that had been added about 10 months ago. [link]

I don't know what we were thinking... We are starting over completely. I have only kept the little yellow and white market which is one of my favorite little buildings and a church and school which were built only a couple of months ago. It will be better though once we get this town a little more established. I'm happy to be rid of some of the more oddly shaped and poorly accented buildings from the past town. Other than that some of my other favorite buildings (not pictured in their completed state) like the multi level theme restaurant and the pirate museum were destroyed a while back when my daughter fell out of bed onto them which left a void in the town which has left room for Lego junk heaps to form.

I'm kind of looking forward to our new layout because our emergency services building will actually be connected to the road (which now goes through the center of town, not just across one end) and my husband has determined a size limit on his vehicles so they really fit on the road lanes. Please wish us luck and better building skills now that we've had a little practice and refreshed our memories of our childhood learning experience. Also please pray our daughter doesn't fall on the town and pull a Godzilla move again. ;)

I have added some stuff to my Zazzle gallery. I'm just getting my gallery going there with cards and bags and whatnot, so please let me know what you think. Here is the link to it at Zazzle [link]

I still also have my artwork in a gallery at Artist Rising where prints are available in conjunction with Sistino. The prints are a variety of sizes and available framed or unframed. Please let me know what you think of it. Here is the link to my print gallery; [link]
...And please let me know if you would like to order a print of my work that is not currently available.

My journals are screwed up. This one isn't my most recent entry...
Summer is wasting away! That's it really, and I feel pressured about it.

I have added some stuff to my Zazzle gallery. I'm just getting my gallery going there with cards and bags and whatnot, so please let me know what you think. Here is the link to it at Zazzle [link]

I have been obsessed with conservation lately and I am attempting to sew myself reusable grocery shopping bags out of the massive amount of fabric I have sitting around going to waste. I have even added some great sturdy canvas bags to my Zazzle gallery. I'm just getting my gallery going there with cards and bags and whatnot, so please let me know what you think. Here is the link to it at Zazzle [link]
