This piece is inspired by a lot of different things... Codename Embyro [link] , a Duran Duran song and Mother's Day. That's probably why it's weird. Happy Mother's Day to all of the mommies!

Thanks! The hands were the part I was pretty foggy on and I wasn't sure how I was going to color them once I got the drawing into the computer.

The Daytime Emmy ceremony isn't until June 20th and we don't know how the invites will work out at this point. I hope that it will be "nominee and guest" and I can only assume that my husband will choose me as his date. ;)

one can only live in hope when it comes to husbands really :0)
Though, as far as the invites go, in my experience it is usually a ';plus one' type dealio so you might just get lucky!!!
